About

Moira Casados Cassidy is a writer, translator and visual artist based in Denver, Colorado. Her work has appeared in Westword, Little Village, Don’t Forget to Write and elsewhere. She is a graduate of the Iowa Writers’ Workshop and a recipient of the Maytag Fellowship. She is a Fulbright grantee and the winner of the University of Chicago’s Napier Wilt prize. She’s currently a writer in residence at Fairview High School in Boulder, Colorado through the Colorado Humanities WITS program. Moira is working on a novel about Colorado set in 2048.
